Shipping prices are based on the weight of the parcel. Our prices are a flat rate across New Zealand. The table below displays the cost of shipping for items based on weight. If you need to check the shipping cost of a particular item, you can use the shipping calculator on each product page or in your cart. We use Courier Post to send our products. How long does delivery take?
Our distribution warehouse is located in Auckland. Delivery takes anywhere between 1-5 working days depending on your location. In most cases, delivery is overnight once dispatched. Complex or specialised orders may take longer to be shipped. Orders placed before 11:00am are dispatched that same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note: Solvit and PetSafe HappyRide Travel products and Julius K9 products are dropshipped from our supplier's warehouse located in Australia. The estimated delivery time for these items is generally 3-7 working days.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can! Pick up is available from our independent distribution warehouse in Auckland. Please note that orders must be placed and paid for over the phone before 2:00pm and at least 2 hours prior to pick up. Our warehouse is open for pickups between 8:30am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday. If you place an order for pick up and you can't make it on the same day, you're more than welcome to pick up your order the next day.
Please note that pick up orders must be placed over the phone prior to pick up as our warehouse does not have a shopfront where payment can be processed.
What's your shipping policy?
Once you sign for freight, you own the product. Most of the time, freight companies and manufacturers do not approve insurance claims once you sign for the freight 'free & clear'. We suggest you inspect the product before you sign off. If the item is damaged, please refuse the product and call us on 0800 144 869.
For your convenience, you can select the authority to leave option in the delivery section at checkout. This gives the delivery driver permission to leave the product in a safe location on your property. If you choose this option, we can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of your goods that occur after delivery. This includes (but is not limited to) damage caused by theft, animals or people.
Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship products to everywhere in New Zealand. We do not ship internationally, however, if you live in Australia, we have a sister site called Bark Control Australia that ships the same range of dog training and lifestyle products Australia wide.
