Shipping prices are based on the weight of the parcel. Our prices are a flat rate across New Zealand. We use Courier Post to send our products. If you have any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us on 0800 144 869.

How long does delivery take?

Our distribution warehouse is located in Auckland. Delivery takes anywhere between 1-5 working days depending on your location. In most cases, delivery is overnight once dispatched. Complex or specialised orders may take longer to be shipped.

Please note: Solvit and PetSafe HappyRide Travel products, Julius K9 products, and Kurgo products are dropshipped from our supplier's warehouse located in Australia. The estimated delivery time for these items is generally 5-8 working days.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is a third-party that is closed to the public and does not allow pick ups or drop offs.

What's your shipping policy?

Once you sign for freight, you own the product. Most of the time, freight companies and manufacturers do not approve insurance claims once you sign for the freight 'free & clear'. We suggest you inspect the product before you sign off. If the item is damaged, please refuse the product and call us on 0800 144 869.

For your convenience, you can select the authority to leave option in the delivery section at checkout. This gives the delivery driver permission to leave the product in a safe location on your property. If you choose this option, we can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of your goods that occur after delivery. This includes (but is not limited to) damage caused by theft, animals or people.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We ship products to everywhere in New Zealand. We do not ship internationally, however, if you live in Australia, we have a sister site called Bark Control Australia that ships the same range of dog training and lifestyle products Australia wide.
