We recommend that you return the product via a reputable postal/freight provider, and that you organise insurance on expensive items to cover any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. You must prepay all returned postage costs. Bark Control Australia reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return parcels that arrive as COD (cash on Delivery) or have "More To Pay" stamped on them.

You will need to contact us on 1300 668 931 within the 60-day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund, your product MUST be returned to our mailing address (Unit 19/33-43 Meakin Road, Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, if the item looks new and is in a resaleable condition, we will refund you the remaining amount of your order (excluding shipping). The refund will be paid to the account you purchased the products with.
A processing fee of 5% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items.
If your order is paid via Afterpay, an additional 5% processing fee is charged on the total cost of the order.
We will also replace products that are; damaged during delivery, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to fulfillment errors.
