Unless otherwise stated, all warranties are for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers intrinsic component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. Dog chew damage is not covered under warranty.
Bark Collars, Remote Trainers and Containment Systems supplied by Dogtra, SportDOG and PetSafe will be repaired or replaced for a period of three Years from original invoice date. This warranty covers intrinsic component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. After the first year from the sale date, a nominal handling and labour fee, plus return freight charges will apply.
In no event shall K9 Control New Zealand be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this Product.

If your product needs to be returned, we will provide a mailing address for the unit to be returned to. Please enclose your Sales Receipt, a note detailing the problem and your current return address and phone number.
