How the PetSafe NanoBark Collar Works
Once fitted, the PetSafe NanoBark will detect your dogs barking through the vibration of the dogs vocal cords, activating the collar to deliver a safe static stimulation. The collar has 10 levels of static stimulation that will automatically adjust as the dog barks.
Temperament Learning Mode
Temperament learning is an automatic function that determines which level of static stimulation is best for your dog.
When your dog begins barking, the collar delivers a static stimulation at the lowest level (level 1). The collar increases the stimulation strength one level at a time with each bark within 30 seconds of the previous bark. The collar keeps track of the highest level used to stop your dog's barking. After 30 seconds of silence, the collar will drop down one level. If your dog continues to bark, the collar will instantly deliver a static stimulation at the same level. If your dog continues to bark, the collar will continue to increase in the same way until the barking stops.
Please Note: As a safety feature, if your dog barks 15 times within 1 minute, the bark collar will automatically shut off for 3 minutes
